Service terms
These terms outline how bookings, attendance, reporting, and payment are managed. Please contact us if you need contract-specific terms for commercial or multi-site work.
Bookings: Call-out fees are paid at booking. Sampling fees are confirmed after the visit based on the final sample count.
Access: You are responsible for providing safe access to sample locations and advising of any site hazards.
Reporting: Reports are issued after laboratory analysis and include next-step guidance where required.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel bookings.
